Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 12:30pm - 10:30pm

Every day as a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to guide teens (ages 12-17) in their mental health journey through experiential therapies such as art, music, games, and sports. Responsibilities
- Make an impact by providing mentorship and creating a safe, engaging space for teens.
- Guide adolescents through daily routines and coping strategies.
- Receive training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to support upset teens as they arise.
- Document progress notes daily and communicate important updates to the Program Director.
- Age: 21+
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED is required; associate’s or bachelor’s in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ year working with adolescents in behavioral health, education, coaching, or mentorship preferred.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid preferred (training provided).
- Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screening and federal/state background checks per Missouri law.
