healthy lives! SUMMARY The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is

responsible for the execution of Nature\'s Way primary packaging

programs of food, dietary supplement, and over the counter (OTC) drug

products to ensure compliance with relevant regulations including 21 CFR

Parts 101,111, 201, 210, 211 and 7 CFR Parts 66, 205. This position

works closely with the Quality and Product Innovation Teams to ensure

the data integrity of Product Life Management (PLM) content for raw

material, bulk formula, packaging, and finished product specifications.

The role is responsible for the label review/approval for foods, dietary

supplements, and over the counter (OTC) products and all the necessary

regulatory processes associated with compliant change management of

Primary Product Packaging. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This

role shares and backs up the responsibility for the following, although

other duties may be assigned: Interpret 21 & 7 Code of Federal

Regulations (CFR) requirements for foods, dietary supplements, and drugs
