Summary
The Patient Care Support Services Dispatcher role performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams. This includes organizing room bookings, answering incoming calls, greeting and directing patients/visitors, filing, and preparing routine correspondence.

- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: One year of customer service experience required.

- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Word and Excel
