Position Overview
The Organizational Development Analyst will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce capability. This role requires data-driven decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on continuous improvement to align business strategies with HR objectives in a dynamic global environment.

- Organizational Analysis and Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret organizational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Program Development and Implementation: Assist in the design and execution of organizational development/effectiveness initiatives. Support the development of frameworks, tools, and resources to drive a high-performance culture
- Change Management: Collaborate with leaders to support change initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change efforts and recommend improvements
- Global Collaboration: Partner with regional and local HR teams to ensure organizational effectiveness strategies are adapted to meet local needs
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across geographies to promote consistency and innovation

- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an organizational development/effectiveness role within a multinational environment or consultancy firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Culturally aware and able to collaborate across diverse teams
- Knowledge of organizational design, change management, and OD effectiveness methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- *Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience
