Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
- Handle office supplies inventory, making sure that all necessary materials are stocked and organized.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
