About Our Head Of Security
We are seeking a Head of Security to build and lead audiochuck’s comprehensive safety and security strategy – protecting our team, property, and digital assets across all touchpoints. As a key member of the management team, this role will develop and execute physical and digital security protocols, oversee risk management initiatives, and ensure a safe, secure, and resilient environment for our staff, talent, and audiences. This role will also serve as a trusted partner to executives, creators, and staff – offering clear, proactive guidance on security matters while navigating high-stakes scenarios with discretion and calm. This is a hands-on, detail-driven leadership role for someone who is both operationally rigorous and forward-thinking, equipped to anticipate risk, respond with agility, and build a culture of safety throughout the organization.

About Our Head Of Security

The Head Of Security Will Be Responsible For
- Audit and strengthen physical security for our headquarters in Indianapolis and any future office locations, including access controls, surveillance systems, emergency protocols, and visitor management
- Develop and implement company-wide safety policies, procedures, and escalation protocols for both routine and high-risk scenarios
- Create, lead, and continuously update our risk assessment and emergency response strategies, ensuring preparedness across all teams and office sites
- Oversee all digital and cybersecurity practices in close collaboration with IT, ensuring proper data handling, password protection, phishing prevention, and device protocols are followed
- Travel with talent and executive staff as needed to ensure personal safety during public appearances, off-site events, and field productions
- Conduct regular security audits to test readiness and reinforce safety culture
- Manage relationships with external security vendors, local authorities, and private contractors as needed
- Monitor local, national, and global security trends to proactively assess potential threats and develop mitigation strategies
- 8+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, executive protection, or risk management—ideally in a media, entertainment, or tech environment
- Prior experience providing security for high-profile individuals including talent, executives, public figures, politicians, or celebrities, with a demonstrated ability to navigate confidentiality, public exposure, and complex logistical needs
- Experience conducting risk audits, developing safety protocols, and managing sensitive incidents with discretion
- Strong working knowledge of digital security practices and tools (password management, data encryption, secure communication, etc.) Confidence and calm under pressure, especially in high-stakes or crisis situations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with high-profile individuals
