Job Overview
As a Talent Development Associate, you’ll report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the experience for employees across our organization. You will lead, design, and project manage programs across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on engagement, learning, culture, and leadership development. You’ll also help concept, build, and execute initiatives that touch every stage of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, learning, employee engagement, and talent analytics.

Job Overview
As a Talent Development Associate, you’ll report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the experience for employees across our organization. You will lead, design, and project manage programs across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on engagement, learning, culture, and leadership development. You’ll also help concept, build, and execute initiatives that touch every stage of the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, learning, employee engagement, and talent analytics.
Essential Functions
- Talent & Organization Development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to develop, deliver, and project manage development programs that inspire, engage, and retain top talent.
- Support performance management efforts by helping shape the annual review process, building manager capability, and reinforcing a culture of feedback.
- Coordinate and track talent development, including nominations, enrollment, ongoing engagement, and feedback integration.
- Support program communications and branding by crafting clear messaging, decks, and materials that drive engagement and awareness
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure talent analytics and reporting are data-driven, consistent, and actionable.
- Bring ideas to life in partnership with HR Business Partners, Managers, Executive Team and Employees across the organization.
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Responsible for overseeing that new employees integrate themselves into an organization.
- Responsible for overseeing employee check-ins and exit interviews, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Lead the development onboarding programs and experiences to ensure a seamless and impactful new hire experience.
- Partner with HRBPs to evolve and refine onboarding efforts for consistency and cultural alignment.
- Help design, launch, and track new engagement initiatives that respond to employee needs and promote a thriving, inclusive culture.
- Support execution of annual employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, from data analysis to action planning Project & Program Management
- Drive multiple programs and initiatives from ideation through execution, with clear timelines, stakeholder engagement, and outcome measurement
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and reporting tools that keep development and engagement programs organized and moving forward
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and follow-ups for in-person and virtual programs and experiences

- Education (minimum): Bachelor’s degree and 3 years recruiting experience or 7+ years’ experience recruiting experience.
- Other Requirements: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR preferred.
- Three to five years’ experience in organizational development and adult education/leadership development required.
- Primarily sedentary in nature with no special demands required as this is an office role.
