Data Analyst

About the Role:

Are you someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting trends, and making systems work smarter?

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us ensure that data flows smoothly from our partners and systems—accurate, reliable, and always on time.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our data ecosystem healthy. You'll help monitor and troubleshoot systems, work with cross-functional teams, and make sure the information our company relies on is always where it needs to be.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping an eye on data systems to ensure everything is running smoothly and information is flowing as expected.
• Helping to spot and resolve issues that could impact how data is collected, shared, or reported.
• Supporting daily data quality checks and performance reports to keep our teams informed.
• Working closely with internal teams and partners—like Billing, Tech, and others—to coordinate timely and accurate data delivery.
• Contributing to a strong data culture by identifying trends and suggesting improvements.

What You Bring:

• A good understanding of how systems and databases work—and the curiosity to dig in when something seems off.
• Confidence working with data: analyzing it, spotting patterns, and solving problems.
• Strong communication skills—you're comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams alike.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from others while sharing your own ideas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field is a plus—but we value experience and a problem-solving mindset just as much.
