Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in California. In this role, you will provide best-in-class support to customers using our products and services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Resolve customer concerns quickly, accurately, and with empathy

Enter and update customer information in CRM tools such as Salesforce

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or service issues

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided

Deliver a consistently high standard of service and support

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of customer service, help desk, or call center experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must be located in California and authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be available to work on-site at our California office during standard business hours
