- A minimum of twelve years of experience in data modelling, data mining, database standardization, deduplication and performance tuning.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience developing Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cubes using SQL Server Analysis Services.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience developing SQL Server Integration Services packages performing Extraction, Transformation and Loading activities.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with dashboard and scorecard development.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with the development of reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services(MS SSRS) and maintenance of enterprise reports using MS SSRS.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with business intelligence tools and systems, such as SSRS.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with MS SQL product inclusive of MS SQL 2016.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, triggers, scheduled jobs, and linked servers.
- A minimum of fifteen years of experience with SQL relational databases, Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and Decision Support System (DSS) serving in high performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services of Team Foundation Server.
- A minimum of fifteen years of experience with software build and release management methodologies.
- A minimum of five years of experience with Project Management with a Project Management Certification (PMP).
- A minimum of four years of experience in a healthcare IT domain.
- A minimum of three years of experience with HIV/AIDS Patient Care Applications such as AIDS Information Management System (AIMS), AIDS Drug Assistant Program (ADAP) and Department Health Management System (HMS).
- DevOps foundation or above certification required
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- As directed by the Department monitor and optimize the performance of existing Data Exchange Interfaces, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or any other HIV/AIDS data systems daily.
- As directed by the Department develop and submit new Data Exchange Interfaces utilizing SSIS, File Mover, or other available tools daily.
- As directed by the Department document and submit modifications and additions to integration processes, system technical objects and system processes and store in a documentation repository daily.
- As directed by the Department develop and submit database objects in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in support of programming changes daily.
- As directed by the Department develop and submit Ad-hoc reports and queries on MSSQL databases daily.
- As directed by the Department process release tickets to manage user requirements and defect tickets to correct system errors within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request.
- As directed by the Department facilitate collecting system requirements with the Department’s Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) staff daily.
- As directed by the Department deliver code to perform system functions as defined in use requirements daily.
- As directed by the Department perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements daily.
- As directed by the Department facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the DCHP staff daily.
- As directed by the Department produce and submit work estimates to implement user-defined requirements and system changes daily.
- As directed by the Department produce and submit status reports on the implementation of user- defined requirements daily.
- As directed by the Department coordinate with the Department’s Information Technology staff to ensure processes are followed and in compliance with Department standards daily.
- As directed by the Department correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities deliverables, and status daily.
- As directed by the Department collaborate with Department’s Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP) information technology teams to design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the DCHP Master Person Index (MPI) project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software daily.
- As directed by the Department work with DCHP resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as requested by the Department.
- The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
