As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives through data-driven insights. You will work closely with various departments to provide analytical support, enhance HR processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights to senior HRBP and business leaders.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and performance.
- Assist in compiling data for presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to analyze talent trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating training and development needs by analyzing performance data and employee feedback.
- Support the implementation of employee retention strategies through data analysis.
- Help analyze employee engagement survey results and work with teams to develop improvement strategies.
- Assist in designing and implementing programs to promote a positive workplace culture based on data insights.
- Identify areas for improvement within HR processes using data analysis.
- Support the HRBP in developing strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions that enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with employees and management to understand their needs and challenges.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring data is accessible and actionable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred but not required; candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, including functions, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders effectively
