 As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives through data-driven insights. You will work closely with various departments to provide analytical support, enhance HR processes, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights to senior HRBP and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and performance.
  • Assist in compiling data for presentations and reports for various stakeholders.

Talent Management Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to analyze talent trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating training and development needs by analyzing performance data and employee feedback.
  • Support the implementation of employee retention strategies through data analysis.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Help analyze employee engagement survey results and work with teams to develop improvement strategies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing programs to promote a positive workplace culture based on data insights.

HR Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement within HR processes using data analysis.
  • Support the HRBP in developing strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions that enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with employees and management to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring data is accessible and actionable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in Human Resources is strongly preferred but not required; candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis, including functions, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders effectively
