Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

A high-growth digital gaming company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its analytics team and drive strategic initiatives across product, marketing, and operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about using data to inform decisions, and enjoys working cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable owning projects from ideation to execution. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to build scalable reporting, uncover insights, and influence key decisions that drive growth and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, or similar role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering
• Comfortable working with large, complex data sets and building scalable reporting processes
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Background in digital gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis
• Experience with experimentation design and A/B testing
• Knowledge of tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or Amplitude
