As Director, Prepaid Operations, you will be instrumental in the growth and sustained success of the global Roblox gift card business. You will lead a team responsible for bringing prepaid products to market and for contributing to top and bottom line growth via operational optimizations. You will act as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners to ensure product availability and successful project launches.

Additional operational responsibilities encompass executing marketing campaigns, reviewing contracts, and managing the new product development and testing program. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and relationship-building skills, as well as effectively managing priorities in a fast moving global industry.

You Will

  • Global Operations Management: Manage all global card operations inventory, forecasting, ordering, fulfillment, and financial planning to reduce costs
  • Operations Project Planning: Develop and execute plans with partners to ensure the timely launch of new prepaid products, countries, and programs. Collaborate with regional sales managers to prioritize market initiatives.
  • Distribution Network Management: Execute operational strategies with distribution partners, diagnosing and resolving supply chain and logistics issues within these networks as necessary
  • Process Improvement & Transformation: Champion and facilitate process improvement and transformation projects to streamline operations and boost business performance, evaluating new technologies as needed
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all operational data
  • Team Development: Mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

You Have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of operations experience in consumer products or financial services
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational programs and leading high-performing teams
  • Preference for a strong understanding of gift card processing platforms, inventory management and familiarity with regulatory compliance related to gift cards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range

$270,890—$304,720 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
