Givens Choice, a membership based program through Givens Communities, provides lifelong security by delivering care coordination, a comprehensive array of home care, personal care, and long-term care, all to fit individual needs. We are looking for a Membership Development Representative to join our growing team! This position will play a pivotal role within Givens Choice by driving membership growth and relationships with community partners. the Membership Development Representative will utilize strategic communication, outreach, and education efforts to effectively promote the program and engage with prospective members.

What you'll do:

  • Meet and/or communicate regularly with the Executive Director regarding expectations and sales goals
  • Actively participate in and lead informational seminars for prospective members
  • Schedule and conduct membership education meetings with consumers
  • Manage the sales process to complete sales, including scheduling appointments, introducing the plan, completing the appropriate follow-up, addressing any questions and/or objections, guiding the application process and contract signing
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales and referral source activity within the CRM system
  • Assist with the development of a quarterly newsletter by writing articles of interest to members
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Consumer sales/education experience
  • Ability to develop and achieve aggressive sales goals
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional reports and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively

Compensation is $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on background and experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
