What you'll do:
- Meet and/or communicate regularly with the Executive Director regarding expectations and sales goals
- Actively participate in and lead informational seminars for prospective members
- Schedule and conduct membership education meetings with consumers
- Manage the sales process to complete sales, including scheduling appointments, introducing the plan, completing the appropriate follow-up, addressing any questions and/or objections, guiding the application process and contract signing
- Maintain detailed records of all sales and referral source activity within the CRM system
- Assist with the development of a quarterly newsletter by writing articles of interest to members
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services, marketing, business, or a related field
- Consumer sales/education experience
- Ability to develop and achieve aggressive sales goals
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional reports and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively
