About The Role:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP - Clinic Operations to lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our multi-specialty healthcare clinics. This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a background in value-based care or managed care, strong expertise in clinic scalability, and a track record of driving operational excellence across diverse practice settings. The VP will play a pivotal role in integrating assets, fostering a scalable and profitable provider network, and delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

· Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the operations and financial performance of multi-specialty clinics across the region, including direct and indirect team management.
· Lead all aspects of ambulatory care operations, including primary care, specialty services, pediatrics, diagnostic radiology, laboratory and integrated population health initiatives.
· Own and manage budgets with full P&L accountability, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
· Oversee the integration of independent practice assets into the broader clinic enterprise, aligning them with organizational goals and operational standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize provider productivity, and ensure patient-centered care delivery.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance key metrics such as Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, CHAPS, STAR, and Medicare performance.
· Drive expansion efforts, including new clinic buildouts and scaling existing provider practices.
· Set clear expectations for providers, labs, and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and accountability.
· Act as a key liaison with the executive leadership team, presenting operational plans and performance updates.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pre-med, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, ideally within value-based or managed care environments.
· Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-specialty clinics and ensuring operational scalability and profitability.
· Proven success in owning and managing P&L in healthcare settings.
· Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-practice environments.
· Experience in integrating independent practice assets and aligning them with enterprise-wide initiatives.
· Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and performance improvement across diverse teams and functions.

Job Requirements

· Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA.
· The annual base compensation target pay range for this role is: $220,000 - $240,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
