At Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South, our mission is to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We’re looking for a dedicated Home Care Consultant to lead local outreach, connect families with essential care services, and build strong partnerships in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement local outreach strategies to drive qualified client referrals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking groups
• Partner with office staff and caregivers to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Track referral activity and progress toward monthly outreach and sales goals
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or outreach, ideally within home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of home care services is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about making a difference
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across the service area
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience) + commission
