Key Responsibilities

• Self-Distribution Oversight
• Manage and schedule the self-distro team
• Re-route drivers as needed and troubleshoot delivery issues in real-time
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Internal Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate product movement between the brewery and taprooms
• Receive incoming deliveries and notify appropriate departments
• Communicate clearly with production, sales, and taproom teams
• Ensure proper intercompany transfers in Ohanafy
• Fleet Management
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of company vehicles
• Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate service with mechanics
• Maintain registration, inspection, and safety documentation
• Invoice & Vendor Management
• Process distribution-related invoices via Fintech and other platforms
• Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
• Imperial Beverage Coordination
• Coordinate pickups with Imperial Beverage, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Act as a point of contact for scheduling and logistics
• Process Improvement & Compliance
• Recommend and implement logistics process improvements
  

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in logistics, operations, or fleet management (beverage or brewery experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Onfleet, and Ohanafy platforms
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
