How this Role Will Be Impactful
In this role you will help the plant HR team and team members in English and Spanish to ensure the department's smooth administrative operations. This role will be heavily focused on daily time and attendance reporting, supporting supervisors with timesheets, and ensuring candidate coordination.

How this Role Will Be Impactful
In this role you will help the plant HR team and team members in English and Spanish to ensure the department's smooth administrative operations. This role will be heavily focused on daily time and attendance reporting, supporting supervisors with timesheets, and ensuring candidate coordination.
Job Duties
- Assist with entering new hires into Workday
- Review and complete time and attendance daily and update supervisor spreadsheets
- Assist in reconciliation of daily punches and overtime report to deliver accurate timesheets to payroll each week by the deadline
- Assist team members with Workday by helping them understand the self-service options available
- Maintain employee badge system
- Make new hire badges, and register fingerprints for biometric time clocks
- Perform administrative offboarding activities for team members: deactivate employee badges, pull personnel file and I-9 document (if paper file exists) and file accordingly and in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects such as but limited to planning, coordinating, implementation of team member events, service awards, and appreciation functions
- Coordinate all efforts related to job bids for premium positions
- Perform other related responsibilities, as needed, to support Farmer Focus Human Resources department
- Ability to be flexible and work independently
- Excellent communication skills and conversational Spanish proficiency
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Operates with honesty and integrity
- Works well with others in a diverse environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong organization and time management skills
- A.A.S. in Human Resources or related field
- 2 - 5 years of HR directly related experience.
- Preferred experience of Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
