Description

As the Director of Client Services, you’ll lead our client service team to deliver exceptional experiences from onboarding through long-term account management. Your main job is to keep clients happy, build strong relationships, and support strategic growth. You’ll focus on improving service operations, mentoring your team, and driving client retention and expansion. You’ll report to the VP of Client Services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Mentor and manage a group of Client Services Managers and Representatives.
  • Support Clients: Serve as the go-to for key clients and high-level escalations.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and improve satisfaction.
  • Improve Processes: Streamline service procedures and oversee tools like HubSpot, Recall, and Fox Wyndrum.
  • Measure Success: Track performance metrics and use data to make decisions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales and other departments to ensure seamless client handoffs and consistent communication.
  • Develop Talent: Provide training, set performance goals, and lead quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee workload distribution, resource planning, and onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensure Compliance: Review contracts, manage annual rate increases, and ensure data privacy and security.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in client services or account management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personality: A team player who leads with a client-first mindset.
  • Tech Savvy: Experienced with HubSpot or other CRM systems, plus Microsoft Office.
  • Detail Oriented: Organized and analytical with a focus on efficiency and performance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other Meyer locations may be required.
