The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in contingency contracting and systems architecture and will play a key role in developing architectural products and deliverables that align with enterprise and operational objectives.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide high-level architectural expertise to support enterprise-wide initiatives and business line operations.
- Develop architectural artifacts and deliverables that support strategic objectives and technology integration.
- Advise senior leadership on technology procurement strategies with a focus on data processing, storage, access, and application development.
- Define and establish functional and technical standards for IT and operational systems.
- Evaluate and advise on the feasibility of proposed future projects and technology investments.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Experience
- At least ten (10) years’ of relevant experience
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ of experience in contingency contracting and/or in the management/use of contingency-related tools
Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
Candidate must also possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
Other Required Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think critically.
