OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Management Specialist that will provide project management and analytical support to an IT organization charged with implementing and sustaining a comprehensive IT benchmarking program. This role is critical in supporting enterprise-wide improvement through data-driven assessments, best practice identification, and executive-level reporting.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide project management support, including coordination of meetings, tracking action items, and managing critical project tasks.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support IT benchmarking pre-assessment activities: conduct customer interviews, evaluate questionnaire responses, and develop follow-up questions.
- Participate in Benchmarking Assessment visits: capture subject matter expert feedback, gather observations, and generate out-brief presentations.
- Develop comprehensive reports detailing observations, recommendations, and potential best practices.
- Track and monitor progress on action items related to service improvements and best practice implementation.
- Create and maintain benchmarking documentation, including SOPs, templates, checklists, tools, and process artifacts for use in a centralized process library.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Experience
- At least two (2) years’ of practical experience in industry, government, or consulting in IT management
- A minimum of five (5) years’ of experience in contingency contracting and/or use of contingency tools
Candidate must have an active Secret clearance
Licenses/Certifications
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 (V3) certification
- Specific knowledge and experience with the ITIL framework desired
- In-depth knowledge of IT service delivery and strategic IT management.
- Demonstrated capability in benchmarking IT services and identifying best practices.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in IT project management using Microsoft tools (e.g., Project, Excel, SharePoint).
