ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team. The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring that all products meet ANA’s high standards for quality and compliance. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining inspection documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 7:00 am– 3:45pm. This role reports to the Quality Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
  • Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify calibration and functionality of testing equipment.
  • Report quality issues and anomalies to the Quality Manager and assist with resolution.
  • Collect and analyze test data; prepare quality reports and documentation
  • Support Material Review Board (MRB) analysis and assist in corrective action planning.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements in quality control.
  • Ensure quality testing processes support production timelines and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments including Production, Inventory, and Engineering to support quality outcomes.
  • Maintain inspection records and follow documentation practices in accordance with internal standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in a quality or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in inventory control a plus
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions
  • High-level visual awareness

$21 - $21 an hour

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 per hour, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
