The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, and retention for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Foster a culture of respect, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records accurately and confidentially
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare-specific labor regulations
- Serve as an approachable and proactive resource for staff conflict resolution, coaching, and support
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training coordination
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and staff development
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care (HR certification a plus)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
