General Job Description: Under general direction of department management, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all marketing activities for ACCO Engineered Systems (and subsidiary companies) as directed.

Competitive Wages
$22.60 - $37.10 Per Hour. General Job Description: Under general direction of department management, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all marketing activities for ACCO Engineered Systems (and subsidiary companies) as directed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist and support the members of the marketing team on all projects covering branding, market analysis, content marketing, digital marketing and business development.
- Facilitate internal requests for branded product through appropriate vendor partner(s).
- Assist with administrative management of the ACCO brand and coordinate branded product fulfillment as needed.
- Collaborate with purchasing and other applicable internal departments in delivering marketing solutions within the needed timeframes.
- Assist with the maintenance of ACCO’s websites, including regular needs assessment, content edits/updates, and monitoring analytics.
- Assist with the collection and organization of data points from multiple sources to develop actionable insights in support of a wide range of marketing projects.
- Draft and edit content and coordinate photography for ACCO’s (and subsidiary companies’) marketing efforts.
- Update and create marketing collateral using existing InDesign templates
- Maintain all presentation information for trade show/career fair board(s) across all ACCO companies.
- Stay current on marketing concepts and trends for the construction industry, and provide input to ACCO management on communications methods and activities
- Assist regional offices with local marketing needs as requested by marketing management
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Construction marketing experience is desirable.
- Experience with InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite software is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with Microsoft Windows environment and Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- A driven self-starter with a strong work ethic to take the lead on initiatives and follow-through on commitments.
- Ability to work from different office and jobsite on occasion, as needed.
- Very organized with demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and follow up and follow through is paramount to this role.
