You'll work under the guidance of experienced journeymen and project managers on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Assist journeyman and project managers with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Pull wire, bend conduit, and help with layout and installation of electrical systems.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction when applicable.
  • Travel to job sites as needed across Texas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable around job sites that may involve firearms or firearm safety protocols (training provided if needed).

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Approx. 40-45 hours per week
  • Flexibility based on job needs

Work Location

  • Based in Texas with travel to project sites as needed
