Position Summary
In the position of Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints of discrimination and/or harassment pursuant to federal, state and local laws, as well as Monster Energy Company policy violations.

In the position of Employee Relations Partner, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints of discrimination and/or harassment pursuant to federal, state and local laws, as well as Monster Energy Company policy violations.
Essential Job Functions
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure that investigations/disciplinary practices are handled in a fair, timely manner consistent with Company requirements.
- Analyzes complaints, develops investigation plan, conducts fact-finding, reviews document(s), conducts related research, prepares related correspondence, and submit confidential reports containing investigation findings.
- Develops and prepares comprehensive reports based on information gathered during investigation.
- Provides input and/or testimony as needed in hearings or other disciplinary proceedings that stem from investigations.
- Assess and document local best practices for investigations, reorganizations and performance management.
- Provide Human Resources Business Partners with project management coordination and guidance on reorganizations.
- Prepare, track and maintain appropriate investigation data and documents, maintaining Employee Relations records/files for internal use.
- Assists in the analysis and/or preparation of reports indicating complaint trends based on data collected.
- Partner with the Manager of Training and Development to develop and provide training and guidance to Human Resources and Managers regarding employee relations issues, investigations, reorganizations, and performance management. - ->> Assists in the preparation, dissemination and implementation of rules, regulations, procedures and guidelines related to the review of internal complaints of alleged discrimination or harassment. May be called upon to conduct other workplace investigations and other duties as assigned.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resources
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources Labor Laws
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, HRM, Adobe
