We are looking for a dependable, friendly, professional candidate.

Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service.
- Highly proficient skill in organization and functioning well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Positive customer service is a key component of this position and a primary role.
- Administrative assignments as directed.
- Ability to multi-task admin projects while greeting homeowners.
- Professional organization while able to be helpful to our team as well as our residents.
- Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues.
