We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our logistics operations. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients and internal teams.

Fluency in Russian is required due to frequent communication with Russian - speaking team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to confirm orders, resolve issues, and provide timely updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate delivery information with internal teams
• Assist with data entry and documentation in logistics systems
• Follow up with drivers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Support dispatchers and office staff with customer-related tasks
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (logistics or transportation preferred)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus
