Position Purpose
This position is responsible for providing technical support to all Vibe branch and remote office locations. The IT Support Specialist will maintain branch hardware and work with internal IT staff to resolve network issues and deliver IT solutions and reporting.

Position Purpose
This position is responsible for providing technical support to all Vibe branch and remote office locations. The IT Support Specialist will maintain branch hardware and work with internal IT staff to resolve network issues and deliver IT solutions and reporting.
Essential Duties
- Provide onsite technical support to remote office locations
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Resolving network issues
- Communicates with supervisor and affected co-workers on the progress toward established objectives or with resolving system issues
- Upgrades and replaces computer hardware components
- Works with third party vendors for branch equipment upgrades
- Create, edit and maintain GPO
- Installs and assists staff with various applications
- Organize and edit users in Active Directory
- Setup, maintain, and manage printers in print management software
- Build and deploy machines to department and user specifications
- Set up/maintain PCs branch locations
- Install/maintain hardware peripherals at branch locations
- Manage O365 licenses, groups and applications
- Troubleshoot Mitel phone systems and desk phones
- Interact with other staff in IT department including support desk, and network admins
- Run backup checks
- Install and troubleshoot printers
- Order and ship inventory to supporting sites
- Other duties may be assigned
- High School graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology support desk
- Knowledge of Local Area Networks
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Effective communication
- Strong analytical
- Basic local area network knowledge
- Prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing
- Knowledge of information security and systems administration
- Knowledge of vmWare; preferably Horizon VDI
- Ability to travel within Metro Detroit area to Vibe locations
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Maintain positive relationship with IT team and business units
