The Opportunity

As a Partner Support Agent, you’re the voice of the brand! You’ll be the go-to expert for our Brand Partners — providing fast, effective, and personalized solutions across phone, chat, and email. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference. We expect an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize inbound calls, offering real-time assistance with professionalism and care
  • Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) with efficiency and empathy
  • Deliver quick, accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of service
  • Handle escalated calls with professionalism and poise
  • Manage and update orders and account information
  • Provide technical support and conduct research
  • Track interactions, tickets, and feedback that help improve our systems
  • Act as a trusted partner to our field reps, building strong relationships through consistent, high-quality support
  • Be accountable to a monthly performance scorecard — a tool for growth, recognition, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Patience, positivity, and a "how can I help?" attitude
  • Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
  • Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for getting things right
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
  • A natural leader who brings consistency, reliability, and initiative
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or French strongly preferred
