Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events and functions.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical needs are met.
- Support the event manager in the creation of event timelines and schedules.
- Help in setting up and breaking down event spaces before and after events.
- Assist with registration and guest management during events.
- Maintain detailed records of events and vendor contracts for future reference.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in hospitality, communications, or event management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
