Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our database to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new services and offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet daily metrics for call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help customers find solutions.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
