Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish the hiring criteria for various roles within the company.
- Has a profound understanding of recruiting needs to source and screen candidates that best fit the company’s future goals.
- Focuses on the full life cycle of recruiting, including resume review, sourcing, candidate screening, succession planning, management training, legal compliance, and reporting.
- Coordinate/schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the overall recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.

Qualifications
**Requirements:**
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis/reporting tools like Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into clear, audience-appropriate presentations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service
- High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
- Retail and/or food manufacturing experience a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
