Join our People Management Technology team on a mission to deliver a delightful experience to our internal employees. The User Experience Designer crafts innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding user-centered design activities and establishing user experience strategy, working closely with Business and Product key leaders to build innovative, relevant solutions to delight users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with minimal oversight
  • Contributes to the creation and evolution of design principles, guidelines and patterns.
  • Understand and contribute to the UX roadmap through partnership with key leaders, to ensure cohesive product experience across lines of businesses.
  • Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints.
  • Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, build and execute with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
  • Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. (Required)
  • 2-4 years Related working experience. Required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • User Experience Design using Figma (Required)
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile working methodologies (Required)
  • Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools and ability to learn new ones as projects require (Required)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Required)
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels (Required)
  • Demonstrated Analytical, problem solving, outstanding organization, and time management (Required)

Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
