UpSlope Advisors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Support I professional to provide technical and analytical support across a range of business systems and operational workflows. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient service delivery, continuous improvement of IT and business operations, and effective communication between technical teams and end-users. The selected candidate will play a critical role in providing analytical and technical support for business systems and process improvement initiatives. This position is contingent upon the successful award of a government contract, and the candidate must be prepared to begin upon client authorization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducts business analyses and studies, including needs assessments and requirements definitions.
- Performs cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.
- Prepares detailed forecasts and conducts trend analysis based on reporting regulations and evolving business conditions.
- Develops and evaluates metrics, performance measurements, and prepares related reports and recommendations.
- Supports organizational decision-making in areas such as:
- Management and policy/procedure alignment
- Internal controls and enterprise risk assessment
- Business and economic case analysis
- Identifies and documents potential business risks across functional domains.
- Education: Associate’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in help desk support, business analysis, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Must pass a favorable National Agency Check (NAC)
