Job Summary

The primary role of the Supply Analyst is to firm supply plans for certain items and compile reports related to supply planning. This entry-level role is focused on aiding the Supply Team in analysis of key drivers for creating and managing the true supply/production signals and to align supply chain and company resources. Tasked with preparing reports that provide data insights and influence on on-time delivery/production of product. Hands-on worker who will participate on the creation of a consensus supply plan for hand-off to the production team or issue purchase orders to suppliers.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • 40% Analysis
    • Firming Orders for Plants or Suppliers weekly
    • Reviewing Supply Plans for expedites/de-expedites
  • 30% Reporting
    • Running Reports utilizing Excel / Publishing Reports
    • Investigating any results that are off Target and consulting with others to wire up the analysis before publishing
  • 10% Communicating
    • Communicating with Suppliers and Internal Customers on supply plans
  • 10% Process Monitoring
    • Suggest process improvements based on data collection observations
  • 10% Other / As Needed
Education And Experience Profile

Minimum:

  • BA/BS Required,
  • APICS CPIM, CFPIM, or CSCP Certification preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and intermediate level above MS Excel skills, including pivot charts, VLOOKUP, and experience with very large data sets
  • Must be a team player, have eagerness to learn, and be a great communicator

Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Pay Range: $48,245-$75,814.

This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
