Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative leadership to the SUDP and peer counseling teams (PTO, timecards, schedules, operational issues).
  • Directly supervise Peer Supervisors and support a unified member service strategy across peer and counseling staff.
  • Serve as the lead program manager for counseling services including Contingency Management, behavioral health program development, and special member initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the SUDP Clinical Supervisor to ensure integration between clinical goals and operational workflows.
  • Represent counseling and behavioral health in internal program development and member care planning meetings.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and co-create new support models in partnership with leadership.
  • Partner with HR to onboard, orient, and performance manage peer and counseling staff.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing coverage for counseling services in collaboration with clinic operations.
  • Lead quality improvement efforts related to member experience and behavioral health program impact.
  • Act as a liaison between counseling teams and executive leadership for strategic planning and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in behavioral health, social services, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Experience managing teams or programs in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment setting.
  • Familiarity with contingency management, recovery support programs, and peer-based services.
  • Experience with staff scheduling, performance oversight, and administrative systems (e.g., timecards, PTO).
  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
