Job description:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

- Develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on assessment results and ABA principles.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis practice.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
