**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled **ServiceNow Developer** with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, including at least one successful **Workforce Service Delivery (WSD)** implementation and possession of the **WSD Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)** certification. This position plays a key role in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions in alignment with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
The developer will be primarily responsible for developing new modules or enhancing existing features based on user stories approved by government stakeholders, including support for data load and configuration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, including custom applications, workflows, and modules, in alignment with project requirements and approved user stories.
- Execute full SDLC tasks including requirements analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow **WSD** modules based on user stories and best practices, ensuring compliance with **WSD CIS** standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and fellow developers to refine user stories and deliver high-quality functionality.
- Evaluate and execute data load and configuration needs using engineering practices and scripting as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform or specific **WSD** configurations.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in accordance with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ensure alignment with security, architecture, and compliance standards defined by government stakeholders.
**Required Competencies:**
Experience
- 3–5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform, with specific involvement in:
- At least one full-cycle **WSD** implementation.
- Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or a similar programming language
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Boards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – WSD (Required)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
