Core Responsibilities
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Core Responsibilities
- Full-cycle general ledger accounting for assigned multifamily properties
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financials and assist in the month-end close process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and property teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Strong general ledger experience
- Real estate accounting experience (residential preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Public accounting background
- CPA designation
