Role Summary
We’re looking for an eCommerce Support Specialist to join our team and support customers with custom swag catalogs and order-related inquiries. This role combines responsive customer service, light technical support, and basic eCommerce operations.

Role Summary
We’re looking for an eCommerce Support Specialist to join our team and support customers with custom swag catalogs and order-related inquiries. This role combines responsive customer service, light technical support, and basic eCommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage swag catalogs using tools like Shopify and Printful based on customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems regarding order status, issues, and updates
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Technical Abilities: High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Customer Service Skills: Strong written communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Attitude: A positive, upbeat attitude with high energy and a friendly personality
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Printful, or similar) is a bonus
- A keen eye for design, graphic or fashion, would be helpful
- We use Intercom for ticketing and Google Workspace for email. Familiarity with these systems or similar software is preferred
- Prior Customer Support, Tech Support, or eCommerce management experience is strongly preferred
