Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re currently hiring Landscape Laborers who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to work outdoors on a variety of commercial job sites.

Position Overview:

The Landscape Laborer performs physical tasks to support landscape installation and maintenance projects. You’ll work under the direction of a crew leader or foreman and contribute to projects involving sod, mulch, plants, irrigation, and hardscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobs
• Assist with installation of sod, mulch, trees, and shrubs
• Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, blowing, edging
• Dig trenches and grade soil for plantings or irrigation lines
• Clean up job sites at the end of each day
• Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors
• Work well with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in heat and varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to job site or company yard
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Good attitude, dependable, and willing to learn
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Prior landscape or construction experience preferred but not required
