Description
For Garden’s Sake is a family-owned garden center and landscaping company, in operation since 1999. We are continually growing, and offer customers a one-stop shop for plants, landscape design/installation, and lawn maintenance services.
Working with us allows you to enjoy a beautiful, natural environment every day with teammates that want to see you shine. You’ll be given opportunities to train, learn, and grow to your greatest potential. We prioritize caring for our employees as much as our customers.
Plus, we have resident goats, donkey, chickens, and ducks!
The Position
We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead to lead our Landscape crew in the installation of beautiful, design-build landscape projects. Our crews take landscapes to the next level by bringing custom designs to life: planting gorgeous greenery, building beautiful patios and stone walls, installing irrigation and lighting, and everything in between. Our company’s success relies on our crew’s ability to meet or exceed daily production goals, so the Crew Lead will manage the crews from project start to finish. The ideal candidate has a passion for landscaping and is hard working, detail-oriented, communicative, and works with integrity and professionalism.
This is a full-time year-round position paying $22-25, with weekly pay. We offer paid time off and holidays; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; matching 401k retirement savings; discounts at the Garden Center; and work-life balance. Advancement opportunities available as we continue to grow.
Work day is 6:40 AM to variable end time (usually around 4:00 PM) Monday through Friday. Work week averages 40-45 hours with paid overtime. Saturday work is rare and we never work on Sundays or holidays.
