Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support IT application needs for all ASM Global staff.
  • Collaboration with the third-party vendor providing network services.
  • Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
  • Function as a liaison with Arizona Cardinals regarding network support issues.
  • Function as a liaison with ASM Global IT Department regarding corporate applications and systems issues.
  • Function as building lead for NFL Security audits.
  • Assistance in development of marketing and business presentation technology-related projects.
  • Training and support for Microsoft Office usage by staff.
  • Identification and implementation of other software applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identification and implementation of hardware opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Keep inventory of technologies systems for Life Cycle Management and budgeting purposes. Work closely with General Manager, Director of Facility Accounting, and business leaders to establish budgets capturing capex costs for technology investment.
  • Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
  • All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education

Education and/or Experience

  • BA degree in Computer Sciences required.
  • At least 3 years of IT support experience.

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of business office applications and systems.
  • Knowledge of report writing applications, including Crystal Reports, etc.
  • Must have communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate non-technical needs communication into technical development capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of wireless technology applications and interface availability.
  • Working knowledge of Windows CE and cybersecurity controls.
  • Proficiency in Windows XP support.
  • Extreme proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
