Service Manager-Nissan McKinney

Nissan of McKinney is looking for a Service Manager. We share property with our sister store, so this opportunity may involve more than one store. We are a growing dealership with a long track record of success in our service department. Both of our McKinney stores are manufacturer award winners. We are looking for someone who can lead our Service team to continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all corporate and manufacturer objectives are met.
• Recruit, train and maintain the service staff-Advisors, Techs, Porters, Cashiers etc.
• Oversee the customer experience for our customers ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Ensure customer vehicles are maintained and repaired according to the manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead a service department to continuous success
• Ability to get the job done in time allotted
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
