Key Responsibilities
Formulate and develop new soft chew products
Oversee daily production and support staff
Ensure GMP compliance and maintain documentation
Manage raw material and packaging inventory
Coordinate shipments and operational tasks
Collaborate on R&D and process scaling
Qualifications
Bachelors in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related
5+ years in formulation or R&D in an FDA-regulated industry
Strong knowledge of GMP and production processes
Compensation: Salary based on experience + performance bonus
