This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Basic Requirements
We're seeking exceptional leaders across multiple operational verticals who combine strategic thinking with execution excellence. Our ideal candidates will possess:
- A distinguished background with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent: Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, LEK)
- Proven track record with 10+ years leading operations in complex, regulated environments
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of these areas:
- Strategic navigation of public sector approval processes
- Multi-site launch management and vendor coordination
- Large-scale systems implementation and operational excellence
- Multi-entity financial management and strategic planning
- Proficiency with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel 25% of the time
