What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the managed waiver program.
- Monitor and support services for your assigned caseload.
- Enroll new applicants and ensure compliance with DBMD program standards.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, vendors, and team members.
- Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed.
- Travel to client homes and community activities in the Beaumont and Houston areas.
- Education & Experience (one of the following):
- Bachelor’s in health/human services + 2 years’ experience
- Associate’s + 4 years’ experience
- High school diploma + 6 years’ experience
- Strong communication skills and fluency in client communication methods.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Reliable transportation, valid TX driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- CPR/First Aid certification (in-person only).
- Thrive working independently and as part of a team.
- Are detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism.
- Are committed to protecting client rights and promoting independence.
