Advanced Production Associate

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Advanced Production Associates who are experienced with the food manufacturing industry.

Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To:

• The ability to stand for the work day
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions
• Comfortable working with iPads and Business Apps on production projects
• Must work at a consistent and acceptable work pace
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment (we provide ear plugs)
• Must be able to work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance

Pay is weekly, starting at $19.00 per hour with increases available after successfully completing 90 day training and meeting job expectations.

HOURS: Mon-Sat. (one weekday off - 8-10 hour shifts) plus mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires. *Must be available to work Saturdays.

NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
