About The Role

We’re seeking a Part-Time HR Director to take ownership of our HR strategy and operations. This hybrid position offers flexibility and autonomy while playing a key role in shaping our team’s experience and driving the people-side of our growth goals.

You’ll work remotely with on-site visits as needed—collaborating closely with leadership and supporting team members across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and lead HR policies, systems, and processes to support a growing, multi-location workforce
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and culture
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes
  • Provide coaching and HR support to managers and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR regulations
  • Maintain and continuously update the employee handbook, job descriptions, and performance review processes
  • Champion our culture by reinforcing our core values in all HR practices
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and ensure smooth benefit administration
  • Support training, development, and leadership pipeline planning


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally with growing, multi-site companies
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up
  • Alignment with our core values and company purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus)
